Transfer Time

Well another transfer is over and I will be staying in Bowmanville for another go, Elder Tolley will be joining me (not my greenie another guy with 2 Ls). This week has been on and off with the cold and it has actually been pretty manageable. I have been planning on how to really dig in to this area and reap all that I can from it this transfer, there are a couple people that I will have to be pretty bold with them all, but I believe that the Lord requires it to be so. Setting a goal to have at least 1 baptism this transfer!! Going to go get it! 

One night we went to a members home and they were talking about how their mission president told them to read the Book of Mormon non-stop until they had finished it which can take a day or two. I was inspired and though I didn't read through the night, I have switched up my reading and having been reading in longer doses and What an amazing way to read the Book of Mormon! Seeing everything unfold in shorter periods of time allows your brain to really connect the dots I have been blown away. I read 1 Nephi in one evening before bed and I am currently at 2 Nephi 9, If I had more time I would try to get the whole book of 2 Nephi done! Then carry on!

My challenge to read the back page of PMG has been a success so far and I have been pondering how to implement it into the mission vision that we have and I have received a lot of revelation on ideas that we will try to use starting immediately. 

So you watched those ARP Videos huh? Aren't they fantastic!! I was blown away by those. What is a fantastic study (which I would highly recommend to everyone) is to go through the actual ARP Booklet, it is full of ways for everyone to improve their lives and come closer to the Saviour by dropping their worldly lusts no matter what it may be! I love going through it every once in a while, it also helps me be able to be a better support to those I teach who have actual commandment concerns. Fantastic resource! 

My condolences for Auntie Charlene mama...Hope all goes according to the will of the Lord. I know she has a ton of family support on both sides of the veil. 

Elder Brand and I were asked to bear our testimonies again this Sunday, it was an amazing meeting. As Elder Brand stood up he emanated the spirit so strong as he spoke on the Saviour and his plan of happiness. and then as I went up it got even stronger as I spoke on the reality of the Saviour's hand in his work through the Book of Mormon. We have never had so many people come up afterwards to thank us for our thoughts...crazy cool experience. It was another amazing thing that a non member man came in to sacrament and thanked us as well for our testimonies and requested a copy of the Book of Mormon! YAY! 

Miracles are to come very soon I can feel it! 

Feel better my little flu stricken family, may thy buckets be ever near unto they side, as the Spirit of the Lord is omnipresent.
