Let it be known that on Friday we shall be having a baptism in the promised land bountiful. Our man Dustin is going strong to receive the 1st ordinance of Salvation, we are so thrilled for him.
This week has been a slow one as far as the work goes, I think the school time and the ending of summer is the cause unfortunately, non the less we have had some cool moments.
I initiated the "Muirhead Effect" as Elder Toly calls it, and mass texted all the Former and potential investigators we got in our phone and divided the sheep from the goats. We were able to meet with a guy named Tony, he is Portuguese
he is a super nice guy. He goes off on tangents every once and a while but that is okay, we just love him up and be patient with him and take our lessons step by step.

That is so sweet of you to send me those facebook messages from people I loved them!
We had a lesson in Elders quorum about Ezrra Taft Benson's "Beware of Pride" talk. This made me reflect my life in a whole new way and I discovered....I'm prideful! DANG IT! it goes on explaining that the antidote is Humility. We also were asked to prepare next weeks lesson on Dieter F Uchtdorf's "Gift of Grace". This morning I pondered over both of these great talks and found the connection of humbling myself to the grace of God as strength and not looking for personal opposition between my choices and God's will. I Then felt inspired to take a Book of Mormon and got through it with the topic of my search being Pride Vs Humilty and how we can trust in the Grace of God more. This is a great new study of the scriptures that I enjoyed starting today and I look forward to the result of how my spirit will hopefully change for the better.
Looking forward to General Conference coming up here soon!
Working hard and the Lord is sustaining me
Love you all
Elder Muirhead
